We will assist in introducing you to an independent English speaking Spanish Solicitor /Fiscal Representative who will legally represent you.

He or she will help to register your title deed to the property at the Notaria (Spanish notary’s office) and make sure that it is duly entered into the property register.

Your Solicitor will also help you to deal with the signing of contracts for water and electricity supplies.

You can be confident that all the formalities with the Spanish authorities will be attended to when you move into your new home.

It is always advisable for all owners of Spanish property, whether living in Spain or overseas, to appoint a local Spanish Solicitor /Fiscal Representative to look after their fiscal responsibilities.
